VSH (Ventrue-Hijrah Strategic Holdings) is a joint venture company established to deliver government-backed investment opportunities in Southeast Asia. The company is owned by Ventrue Capital (55%) and Hijrah Infra & Development Sdn Bhd (45%), combining expertise in financial investment and infrastructure development. Through this partnership, VSH is well-positioned to manage and scale impactful projects such as the MBG program in Indonesia.
